CENSURING IF NOT EXPULSION

I just read in my government that constitutionally, Congress can either cenure or expel (by 2/3 vote) a member of the same. I think they should exersize this right on Senator John Kerry, after he loses the presidential election. he was absent in the overwhleming majority of gatherings of the 9/11 commision, of which he is a member; he has bashed our troops, etc. it vexes me to think of this girly-man. it vexes me greatly.
