San Diego: Day 2, Wednesday

Wednesday the whole bunch went to....
LEGOLAND!Darth Vader stands near the entrance to protect the grounds from rebels and traitors...
Harris gets a foto with the lego pirate, but he isn't really made of lego. weird.


The next four pictures are specimens from Lego Miniland, where many different cities, landmarks, etc can be found made of nothing less than lego!

San Diego: Day 1, Tuesday

The week before Christmas, my Family (which would include myself, no?) journeyed to San Diego of sunny California, where the Palm Trees wave at you as you pass by and the Ocean sends waves by sea. Our trip was was 6 days long and we took an average of about 200 pictures a day. Despite the lousy resources, i thought I would give a series of picture posts by day. This is for the primary reason that I don't really want to write very much about the trip, and it looks like I have already done more than I had planned. Some minor subtitles may be in order, so you will not be completely out the dark. My thoughts on San Diego? If not for a few missing vital functions, I could foresee me living there sometime. Maybe just for a while :-). Let the Story Begin.

These are my favorite pictures from the sky. The bending horizon of the earth of is distinct and it provides an awe-full realism of the magnitude and majesty of God's creation. The city is Minneapolis, which was our connecting flight to SD.

We ate at Rubio's for lunch in SD, where I ate my first fish taco, and it was very good. Mama, said, however, that she still preferred Blue Coast Burrito's fish tacos.

Point Loma was the first place we went. This Pt. is apparently the south-western most tip of the United States. That was a cool feeling. As you can see, a lighthouse overlooks the shore, from where, the picture was taken.

On the beaches of St. Valarie. (if you do not know the significance of these beaches, consider yourself depraved.) No, not really, merely the beaches of Point Loma(rie), I decided to do a little sand art. Its really quite easy. You just need...an ocean, some land, and a stick.
