HAPPY BIRTHDAY OLD MAN! Indeed, Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart turned 250 times in his grave today. To honour his incredible contribution to the music world, The University Singers, of whom I am a part, together with the Rhodes College Singers, and the Memphis Symphony Orchestra, performed Mozart's C Minor Mass - one huge work that is divided into many sub-pieces. The choir body was about 100 strong and was quite impressive. Just ask Sis. Sandra. Mama, Daddy, Granny, Molly and Kathryn also came (along with several hundred more, although I dare say they did not come to hear me sing, as the named did) which made it extra special! I'll just say this, God knew what he was doing when he made the voice...yes indeed...
